Once upon a time, in the bustling streets of Perth, three friends were on a mission. A mission not to conquer the world, but to fill a glaring gap in the city’s food scene. You see, while Perth was blessed with all kinds of culinary delights, there was one thing that seemed to be missing: authentic Focacceria.
Why Focaccia?
Now, you might be thinking, "What's so special about focaccia?" Well, let us tell you – when done right, it’s the stuff of legends. Crispy on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside, with that perfect balance of seasoning, it's a bite of heaven. But sadly, Perth had no place dedicated to this humble yet extraordinary creation.
So, our trio of dreamers decided to change that. Armed with a food truck and a whole lot of passion, they hit the streets, creating the place where focaccia lovers could get their fix.

And just like that, our food truck was born, bringing authentic focaccia to Perth with a side of fun and flavour. We didn’t just open a food truck – we created an experience, one where the dough rises and the smiles do too.

Our 72 hours focaccia is light, crispy, and infused with the perfect touch of olive oil and sea salt. We honour the true Italian way of making focaccia, letting it rise slowly and baking it to perfection. Then, we take it a step further by filling it with hand-picked, high-quality ingredients to create the ultimate focaccia sandwich experience.
We believe in fresh, real food—no shortcuts, no artificial nonsense. Just genuine flavours, artisanal techniques, and a passion for sharing good food with good people.
